All fine, but pool awkwardness

It was just a commendable fit for a short layover in San Juan with great value for the money. We enjoyed a lovely drink on the roof bar while taking in the views. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs or look elsewhere though.

Had an amazing stay! The rooftop bar had excellent cocktails and a great atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, and the spacious rooms made our family feel right at home. Just be aware that the pool was smaller than expected.

During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to La Placita de Santurce, where I enjoyed local food and vibrant culture, and being just a short walk from the beautiful Condado Lagoon, perfect for a lovely stroll.

I really loved lounging by the rooftop pool and enjoying some fantastic meals at the rooftop bar. The place has a great vibe for relaxing afternoons with its cozy sun terrace. Just a heads up, the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but overall, I had a great stay! 🌞

Great location near the beach. Rooftop pool offers fine views. Breakfast was delivered to my room, which was convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and had a fridge.

The air conditioning in our room was incredibly loud, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom was outdated, with a high bathtub that was difficult to get in and out of safely. We experienced inadequate housekeeping, as the staff failed to leave a bath mat on multiple occasions, which made stepping out of the tub risky.

ciqala suites hotel has clean and large rooms with a comfy bed and a nice dining area. the friendly staff made our stay memorable, and we loved the convenience of breakfast served to our room. the location is great, close to a convenience store, and we enjoyed the outdoor pool.

Housekeeping had a hiccup with cleanliness—an empty cigarette pack was found, but staff resolved it promptly. Opt for the suite for ultimate comfort, and don't hesitate to request additional amenities.
